Installation Instructions

-unzip to an appropriate folder such as civ2\scenario\impamb
-run impamb.exe in order to generate an appropriate events.txt
	-C++ source code included as impamb.cpp
	-scan for viruses if you don't trust me and don't know how to read the source code yourself
-start CivII and launch the scenario
-enjoy yourself:)

Important Notes

-movement allowance may seem high, but movement costs are also high and the road paradigm is 1
-"English", "French", and "Spanish" are just "Neutrals"-style powers that happen to include England, France, and Spain respectively
-Native units use European graphics so far because I want to keep rules.txt as close to modpack state as possible. I am not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

Current Problems

I welcome comment and advice regarding these and any other concerns you might have:
-Cities use the wrong graphics
-Units seem to be unbalanced
-AI opponents don't build enough cities in the Americas
